Smart Fabric

e.dye® Smart Fabric is a high-performance and sustainable fabric system. Through digital management, each type of fabric is supported by traceable and verifiable data, providing brands with a more transparent sustainable fabric solution.

Environmental Performance: Each fabric is equipped with its own COS (Certificate of Sustainability). The relevant environmental footprint data is calculated based on e.dye®'s EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), which can directly show the savings data of e.dye® dope dyeing in water conservation, emission reduction and chemical usage compared with the traditional water dyeing process.

Performance: Relying on the e.dye® Waterless Color System™ (solution/dope dye), the color penetrates deep into the fiber interior, delivering excellent color fastness and durability. It also offers multi-functional properties such as quick-drying, anti-pilling, warmth retention, and stretch, meeting the needs of various wearing scenarios.

Colors and Applications: Based on the e.dye® Digital Color System (e.dye® DCS), it supports a wide and stable range of color options. It is widely used in equipment fabrics, linings, base layers, mid-layers, as well as various outer layers and accessories, satisfying the development and customization needs of different garment layers.
