Textile-to-Textile Closed Loop

Turning Polyester Textile Waste Back into the Textile Supply Chain

Powered by enzymatic chemical recycling, e.dye® t2t Infinity Recycling converts post-consumer textiles into rPTA, rEG and t2t trPET chips, enabling brands to build a traceable, low-carbon and scalable closed-loop material system.

Closed-Loop Value From Textile Waste to Recycled PET Chips Digital Product Passport (DPP) can record supply chain information, compliance status, recycled material content and carbon footprint data.

Enzymatic Recycling

Enzymatic Chemical Recycling Process

01

Pre-treatment

Post-consumer polyester textiles are sorted, shredded and pretreated into particles suitable for enzymatic depolymerization.

02

Depolymerization

Enzymatic solution is added in aqueous phase for depolymerization, with both enzymes and water can be recovered and recycled for reuse.

03

Purification

High-purity intermediates are obtained through filtration, ultrafiltration, decolorization, crystallization, centrifugation, drying and rectification.

04

Polymerization

Recycled monomers are repolymerized into t2t trPET chips for dope-dyed yarns and subsequent textile production.

Technology Advantages

Suxin Enzymatic Technology Advantages

Broad Raw Material Compatibility
65°C Atmospheric Pressure
Food-Grade Quality
No BPA or PFAS Residues
Conversion Rate Over 95%

Low-impact Conditions

Low Temperature, Atmospheric Pressure, Aqueous System

Compared with traditional high-temperature, high-pressure or solvent-based chemical recycling processes, the enzymatic process reduces energy consumption and system stress, ideal for low-carbon, compliant applications and complex textile waste treatment.
